| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Cathy and Marjorie Serving the Christmas Dinner138 x bekekenWith the exception of dogs on a dry food diet, all of the food at Lucies Farm is freshly cooked, and nutritionally balanced for our guests. Cathy and Marjorie worked long hours to produce these delicious Christmas dinners, followed by homemade (and dog-friendly) Christmas puddings.

Me Sitting Outside The Ticket Office with Diego230 x bekekenWe never would have found this small porta-cabin --- the main ticket office for the opening ceremony of the Olympics --- were it not for Diego. The ticket folks brought me a chair and put me on some gravel (at least in the sunshine) while they tried to sort out the buraucracy. Although we paid 30 Euros for courier service, and sent four e-mail messages and made four telephone calls, they "forgot" to print our two tickets.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4026 x bekekenWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.28 mei 2012
