Front Door of The Cider Mill - 21 Colletts Green Roadšt. ogledov:216This photograph, taken from our track, illustrates how little land is owned by The Cider Mill. This is the front door of the house, on its eastern side. Our deeds (recorded at Land Registry) show that we own the area in gravel, at the bottom of this photograph. So our neighbours come out of their flower-bedecked front door and within a pace are on our land.

Latch on Stable Gatešt. ogledov:323This Came electronic latch was installed by Automation Gates in early 2005. The stable gate is exposed to direct wind, and the installers indicated that the wind on the gate was breaking the arm that connected the gate with the motor. At the same time, the motor was replaced with a different --- and presumably better --- motor. The latch meant that when the gate closed it would be supported, against the wind, on both ends. But the latch didn't always engage --- usually because of the wind.
