Scottish | Kobe Hamburger322 εμφανίσειςMarjorie made me this hamburger last night from our Scottish | Kobe beef, a Jack Hawkins tomato from Waitrose, a sweet onion, and a freshly-baked roll. It was too good to eat without first taking a photograph. Having snapped the shot, I then sat on the couch and ate it while watching TV: it was super moist, and incredibly delicious.

Electronic Innards of Stable Gate205 εμφανίσειςI asked Gregorz to please remove the cover to the stable gate equipment this afternoon, and this is what we found. I believe this is the radio-control equipment, as well as a step-down transformer for the gate motor. It's been mounted about eight inches above the ground, but is always covered by a thick black cover. Gregorz had to remove a few screws to reveal the "innards."
