The mystery, at least to me, is what happened to the person above my father whose face has been scraped away? My mother Shirley is on the lowest step (left) and my father John Walsh on the same step (right). One of my mother's friends from Hawaii, Barbara (Bappy) Pickup, is sitting on the top step. Circa 1948.

Rexvu 119 foisRex was a very elusive photographic model. He liked to roam the edges of the garden, and any effort to put a camera lens anywhere near him was met with failure. We only managed to get four photographs of Rex, and in three of the four he turned his face away at the last second.

Gloucester Old Spot - Tamworth Pigletsvu 192 foisFrom two litters, born a couple of weeks apart. It's cute how some look like GOS pigs, and some look more like their father. Crossing a GOS sow with a Tamworth boar wasn't our idea, and the two sows and their piglets have been abandoned with us. We are looking for a good home (or homes) for them.
