| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Lord's Wood Sewage Problemvista 432 vecesUnfortunately, Lord's Wood Cottage (not under our ownership) is draining unprocessed sewage into Lord's Wood. This may have been the accepted practice in the past, but it crates a foul smell and health hazard just inside the woodland. We are working with the Malvern Hills District Council to remedy this.

Tamworth Pigletsvista 547 vecesWe have a visiting pig --- 1/2 Tamworth, 1/2 Wild Boar --- here visiting us on the farm. (Or, more accurately, visiting our wild boar.) The visitor has been here for about four weeks, and hasn't been interested in the boar. Surprise -- she was pregnant. Her six piglets are 3/4 Tamworth, 1/4 Wild Boar. Of the four shown here (photographed on January 21 2006) note the one with the wild boar stripes.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshirevista 4050 vecesWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.28 de Mayo de 2012
