| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

| Walsh Family AlbumPhotographs of our family -- when we were young, or were working, or were travelling, having fun, being sad, putting on make-up, cooking, playing with the bull terriers, eating (lots of these), living. |

Me Sitting Outside The Ticket Office with Diego244 viewsWe never would have found this small porta-cabin --- the main ticket office for the opening ceremony of the Olympics --- were it not for Diego. The ticket folks brought me a chair and put me on some gravel (at least in the sunshine) while they tried to sort out the buraucracy. Although we paid 30 Euros for courier service, and sent four e-mail messages and made four telephone calls, they "forgot" to print our two tickets.

Cathy Bushby Dancing (I Think) at The Supper Club197 viewsThe Supper Club was a strange restaurant where you ate dinner on a large bed. According to their website, it was "the brainchild of a group of artists, libertines, and other creative souls." When I went to the restroom there were two, as you'd expect. But the two were labeled "Heterosexual" and "Homosexual."

Fizzy and Poppy in Their Suite186 viewsThe "cubby" is raised, and has under-floor heating in the front half (adjustable by individual thermostat). The half-heating allows our doggie guests to regulate their temperature: if they're cool, they can move forward. If warm, they move a bit back.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4051 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
