We have prevailed in the litigation, and have been awarded reimbursement of our costs on an indemnity basis. Unfortunately he had lung cancer. He was fine up until his birthday. He wanted to spend most of the day outside -- fortunately it was warm and sunny. He came in at 7:00 PM, and then died, with Marjorie and me with him, at 11:00 PM. On the couch, his favourite place.
