Bromsgrove Cemetery251 viewsMore of the crushed green glass. I personally don't think it looks good when it's new, and as the algae grows on it, I think it just looks worse and worse.

Woodman's Cottage250 viewsOur track to Lord's Wood on the right of the photograph. This is taken from the triangular piece of land in the front, which is (according to our deeds and recent survey) our property.

The New Fence at Woodman's Cottage250 viewsPhotographed on the afternoon of September 18 2006. The excavation of some of the triangle area had started, and the load of gravel had been delivered. The nice new fence is shown in the background.

A View of Lord's Wood249 viewsLord's Wood has quite a big "notch" in its southern side. This is the view from the gate on one side of this notch, looking across to the other gate. It's surprising that this photo was taken in late October 2005 -- a sunny and warm day.

Marjorie Standing in the Driveway of Woodman's Cottage248 viewsThe new fence has just been installed on our property, at the distance determined by the Court. We will now have the contractor excavate the area in front of the fence to a depth of about 4 inches, and install and compact gravel. Photographed on the afternoon of September 15 2006.

Marjorie Supervising the Removal of a Tree247 viewsThe trees are apparently cut down, and then dragged by tractor to the main "road" that runs through Lord's Wood. They are then taken to the consolidation area, where they await pick-up by the truck from the sawmill.

Front Garden of Woodman's Cottage247 viewsPhotographed on the morning of September 19 2006 from the western (shared) track owned by Robert Floyd. This shot is to the south-east. The road on the right is the Bransford Road (also called Colletts Green Road and Station Road) heading towards Powick, Worcester, and the great big world.

Where the Fence Does a "Z"247 viewsSeptember 23 2006. Zbig stood on top of the Truckman (those are my feet on the left) and took this aerial photograph, looking almost straight down on the fence. I added the yellow line afterwards, to show the approximate location of the fence in the middle of the hedge. It's curious that the fence then goes to the east (into our property), and then continues on down (to the north) down the track to Lord's Wood.

Strange Concrete Things at front of Woodman's Cottage242 viewsIt looks like the Time Team has been doing some excavations at the front of Woodman's Cottage. When I went over to see the stacked lumber, I noticed that this strange red curb and couple of cracked pavers had been exposed. 28 October 2005

Gravel Pile, Looking Towards Colletts Green242 viewsThe gravel pile, and the Bransford - Colletts Green Road, looking towards Colletts Green and Malvern. Photographed on September 18 2006.

Front of Woodman's Cottage241 viewsAs best we can tell, the front boundary of Woodman's Cottage is circa 8.9 meters from the front (south) of the Woodman's Cottage garage. This photograph was taken from the west, facing towards the east. Marjorie is standing behind the hedge at the point 8.9 meters south of the front of the cottage. Assuming we're correct (and our surveyor is checking this now) the area to the right (south) of the red line is our property.
