Merlin the Guernsey BullПросмотров: 421It's a bit silly, but we have one Guernsey house cow (Carole) and one Guernsey bull (Merlin). They are very lovey-dovey, and spend a tremendous amount of each day grooming each other. In this photo Merlin looks a bit like a Roman devil-god. I think it's his short, stubby horns.

RexПросмотров: 180Rex was a very elusive photographic model. He liked to roam the edges of the garden, and any effort to put a camera lens anywhere near him was met with failure. We only managed to get four photographs of Rex, and in three of the four he turned his face away at the last second.

Grandfather, Chase, and Marcia - Christmas 1985Просмотров: 697Funny, although this picture is almost 20 years old, I can still see Grandfather sitting on that couch, eating cheese and crackers. We still have the leather chair (and the ottoman with Chase's Christmas pony). We moved the couch to England, and sat on it in The Limes. Chase sure looks happy!
