Whitecroft Lawn Repairs - Spring 1991172 εμφανίσειςOur original turf was removed, and the idea was to smooth the lawn and plant new grass. Unfortunately all the topsoil was removed as well, so the entire project had to be redone. This is the front lawn, looking towards our pond.

Latch on Stable Gate379 εμφανίσειςThis Came electronic latch was installed by Automation Gates in early 2005. The stable gate is exposed to direct wind, and the installers indicated that the wind on the gate was breaking the arm that connected the gate with the motor. At the same time, the motor was replaced with a different --- and presumably better --- motor. The latch meant that when the gate closed it would be supported, against the wind, on both ends. But the latch didn't always engage --- usually because of the wind.
