Award Winning Chickenvu 506 foisThe gorgon who yelled at me about taking photos in the poultry tent thought that I would "stress" the birds. I would suggest that putting them in a small cage in a hot tent filled with other unfamiliar chickens and ducks and even turkeys, and then add thousands of people, would stress them more than a 1/100 exposure. Does this guy look stressed?

The Electric Meter Readervu 179 foisThe electric meter reader arrived and couldn't find the meter. I had to hobble down the track and show him that it's a little door that's part of the fence. Fortunately, he had a key to open the door. (We've asked Scottish Power for a key about a dozen times, and they keep sending us the wrong key.) By the way, doesn't everybody take a photograph of the meter reader guy?

Feedin' Time...!vu 364 foisMom had been in the stable yard for an hour or so --- a bit of a break, and so she could have a nice warm bath. But babies (from her litter, and another litter) were happy to see her back again. And she obliged by lying down right there in the dirt! Only some of these piglets are hers, but she's not bothered.
