Kiko in the Garden231 kez bakıldıMay 1, 2007 -- Kiko's 12th Birthday. He'd had surgery about a month earlier to remove part of his lung: biopsies, x-rays, and CAT scans had been inconclusive. Unfortunately he had lung cancer. He was fine up until his birthday. He wanted to spend most of the day outside -- fortunately it was warm and sunny. He came in at 7:00 PM, and then died, with Marjorie and me with him, at 11:00 PM. On the couch, his favourite place.

Lord's Wood Entrance to Bransford Road386 kez bakıldıOur car is parked on the triangle of land that's part of the Lord's Wood title deed, and provides access to the Colletts Green to Bransford Road. The plan is to pave or gravel (with compacted gravel) this area in the next few weeks. When we commence woodland operations, the sawmill needs (I'm told) to be able to pick up the cut trees from next to the road, so this will become the staging area for that.
