We brought Tapa to the London Television Centre so that Marjorie could massage him on air. This was photographed during rehearsal: Tapa looking at the Chihuahua with great interest.

Hobart taro peelervista 555 vecesWhenever I see or even think of this taro peeler, I can't help but remember Francisco hunched over it with the taro. He'd open the little hatch door on the side, and filthy water loaded with bits of taro and dirt would go flying all over the ladies in the peeling room. This would happen dozens of times each day, but the ladies never seemed to mind.

The Concorde in Aquaba, Jordanvista 338 vecesFor my 40th Birthday (1989), Marjorie gave me a trip to Jordan on the Concorde. We started in Aquaba, with an overnight visit to Petra, and then took Concorde to Amman. While there, we went to the Dead Sea, and also road on an old Turkish steam railroad and had a picnic in the desert.
