Picanha Steaks on the Grill936 x angesehenIt's important not to pierce or cut them when they're cooking --- that will keep in the majority of the jucies. The fat in grain-fed beef (and ours is certainly grain-fed) melts at a lower temperature than the fat in grass-fed beef. One food critic described Kobe beef as "self-basting." These steaks were delicious!

Battleship Aurora393 x angesehenOn October 25 1917 the battleship Aurora was ordered to take to sea. At 9:45 PM a blank shot fired from her forecastle signaled the start of the assualt on the Winter Palace, which is said to be the start of the October Revolution that led to the overthrow of the Czar. The Aurora is now preserved in St. Petersburg.
