Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake.

Woman's World Article on Poi - August 2001vista 363 vecesThis article described poi as a bit of a miracle diet food, and we received many telephone calls from people who simply wanted poi. While the article is true, it left out some of the more important facts about the "poi diet" --- you can't simply eat whatever you want and poi and expect to lose weight. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work like that.

Hey, it's still foodvista 241 vecesWe returned from a trip to celebrate the New Year for 1998 to find that the right side of Pau's face had sunk in. After tests it was determined that he had a tumour. We had it removed but it meant that for a while he couldn't eat solid food so I used to make sloppy polenta for him. You could always tell where Pau had been - follow the yellow polenta trail!!

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshirevista 4290 vecesWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.28 de Mayo de 2012
