Pippa and Jessiešt. ogledov:276We tried to take photos of Pippa out in the garden, but she was having none of that. The moment I tried to put my camera to my eye, she shuttled out of range. A Greta Garbo dog! But she didn't mind the camera in the dog resort. Pippa (a Hungarian Viszla) and Jessie (a Hamiltonstovare) wait for doggie biscuits. (See shadow on right of photograph.)

PAAVille Skyline - Wake Islandšt. ogledov:25484I would guess this in the main intersection of PAAVille on Wake Island, photographed by my father, Woody Walsh, circa 1953. He took a series of slides, and these two images were stitched together with modern software. I like the one lone soldier walking in the lower right hand corner --- he's the only sign of "traffic."
