Highland Cow Mooing At Her Calf220 katseluaUK302940600028 was scheduled to go (along with her calf) to a wonderful new home in Wales. We spent two days trying to box her, and finally gave up --- at least for the time being. In this photo, she's mooing at her calf, who we did manage to catch.

Kiko -- Hairless On One Side190 katseluaKiko a few days after the surgery to remove two lobes from his right lung. This is our first visit with Kiko after his operation. They certainly shaved a lot of his fur. He was hungry and seemed happy to see us. What he really wanted to do was leave! We're hoping he can go home later today.
