Trying to get them to honour their 12 year guarantee (or whatever it is) has been a real challenge. The chair is very comfortable for my bad (broken) back, but not so good from an armrest standpoint.

We'd just rented offices on the 9th floor of Tricorn House in Edgbaston, and set about decorating them ourselves. Chris Wilesmith has the paint roller, while Peter French is looking for something. The room in the foreground became the authorisation centre, and the staff break room was behind the partition.
