The Tamworth Pigs Showing Off602 odsłonWe moved the wild pigs into the next paddock -- to help us churn it up before planting grass in the spring. The Tamworth males ran up and down the fence, with the wild boar on the other side. The chickens and alpacas weren't impressed by this show of piggy macho.

Installing The New Fence243 odsłonNigel Roberts from Albion Fencing installing the new wooden fence beneath our oak tree to close this gap in the hedge. The hege bushes didn't grow: this area was once a small pond (beofre our time) so it's possible the pond was filled with builders' rubble. There was also a hole in the wire fence in this area, so sheep may have nibbled our hedge when it was young. The gap is closed now.
