Magnolia Grandiflora -- Southern Magnolia172 زيارةThe large petals on the flower fall away, and the "fruit" is left inside. Here's a young flower, and the "fruit" from a old flower. The huge flowers smell wonderful, but fall to bits if we try to cut them and put them inside in a vase.

The Stairway, M1 Southbound at Trowell259 زيارةThis is the stairway to climb to the bridge over the motorway. The signs indicate there's a Marks and Spencer at the M1 southbound, but it's actually on the other side of the motorway. You need to climb these stairs (no lift) to get to the bridge, and then repeat the process on the other side of the motorway. Very misleading in my opinion. But not in the opinion of Moto.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4290 زيارةWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor.
