Electronic Innards of Stable Gate270 x angesehenI asked Gregorz to please remove the cover to the stable gate equipment this afternoon, and this is what we found. I believe this is the radio-control equipment, as well as a step-down transformer for the gate motor. It's been mounted about eight inches above the ground, but is always covered by a thick black cover. Gregorz had to remove a few screws to reveal the "innards."

Elvis Having A Drink231 x angesehenElvis has a clean stainless steel bowl in his suite with fresh water. But dogs prefer the "natural" taste of pond water! The good news is that the water in our small fountain passes through a filtration system, in theory so fish could live in the pond. For some reason, we didn't think fish were a great idea --- so no fish.

Sewage on Colletts Green Road532 x angesehenHigh rates, undersized sewers. We have complained about this for years, but get the old "budget" story. The sewers were probably fine until the housing estate was built. No increased resources were put into the sewer, so the water bubbles up on Colletts Green Road, and then flows away into the River Severn through the run-off system.
