We drove down to Potters Bar on Saturday afternoon to see how he was doing and to give him some fish (which we bought at a motorway stop on the M40 for 7.99).

Most caribineri were glum and unfriendly. This gentleman, however, was different. He even helped me to my seat, and carried my camera.
