Marjorie on the Beach at the Sandy Lane Hotel, Barbados335 زيارةMarjorie relaxing under a blue umbrella. The trees in the background were manchineel trees, common near the beach in the Caribbean. One little worry: "Standing under the tree is hazardous if it is raining. The water passing through the leaves and fruit will cause burns and blisters if it comes in contact with your skin." Fortunately, it was sunny.

Lord's Wood Fence and Gate390 زيارةOur insurance company has asked us to please keep folks out of the woods. We have tried to do so gently, but some people have felt we were somehow in the wrong. "I've walked my dog here for 25 years," was a typical response. Alas, if you run red lights all the time, the policeman will still give you a ticket if he sees you doing so.
