Part of the very, very loooooooooong walk to the M & S296 katseluaWe were told, by the signs on the M1 Southbound, that there was an M&S at Trowell. Well liar, liar, pants on fire. The M&S was on the other side of the motorway, and there were no lifts on either side. It was an unbearably painful walk, complete with buckets and leaks.

Marjorie and Cranberry617 katseluaWe hatched Cranberry ourselves last summer. When the other turkeys came (we bought them from a hatchery) Cranberry looked horrified. After a few weeks she became friends with them, but at Christmas they went away, one at a time. Cranberry looked so lonely, so we bought her 10 friends. But she seems to prefer our company to that of the other turkeys. She comes running after us, and then crouches down to be rubbed.

Dave the Dog - His Cake as It Arrived372 katseluaHere's the "after" picture of Dave the Dog's birthday cake, courtesy of DHL. We attached the cake to the cake board, attached the cake board to the cake box, attached the cake box to the inner box (shown). The inner box was then packed in an outer box, and the space between the two filled with crumpled newspaper. But DHL clearly gave the box a good toss around the depot, despite the "fragile - dog cake" labels on the outside.
