Nevsky Prospect - St. Petersburg514 زيارةThis is where my wallet was stolen. This is one of the main streets in St. Petersburg, Russia. Marjorie and I were walking up the street (same direction as the girl with the yellow shoulder bag) on a sunny spring afternoon. A large man on a cell phone came out from behind the bus shelter (on the left in this photo) and blocked my path. Others crowded me from behind when I stopped suddenly, and my wallet was gone. The police didn't really care -- this is apparently typical in St. Petersburg.

"Spooky" Alice216 زيارةWe were trying to get Alice to join her calf for the trip to Wales. She's cunning, and would do everything possible to avoid being caught. In the end, after two days, our patience paid off --- the lure of her calf and food was just too great, and Marjorie snuck in and closed the gate behind her.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4290 زيارةWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor.
