We'd just rented offices on the 9th floor of Tricorn House in Edgbaston, and set about decorating them ourselves. Chris Wilesmith has the paint roller, while Peter French is looking for something. The room in the foreground became the authorisation centre, and the staff break room was behind the partition.

Male Mallard Duck493 katseluaAt least I think it's a Mallard Duck. We have a 1/4 acre pond and we've put about 25 Khaki Campbell ducks (girls) on the pond. It's attracted --- surprise, surprise --- the wild Mallard male ducks. They also enjoy the good BOCM feed --- look at the weight of this wild duck!
