Scottish | Kobe Sirloin Steak1805 odsłonI personally think the best way to cook a Scottish | Kobe sirloin steak is on the grill, with a bit of ground pepper and ground sea salt. This piece of steak is served with garden peas and potatoes. We grow our own potatoes at Lucies Farm and I'm amazed at how different they taste from "store bought" potatoes.

Lord Rannoch of Lucies15593 odsłonLord Rannoch is getting on in years, and suffers from arthritis. We're moving him from the back barn into the stable block where we can keep a closer eye on him. While he is slow when he walks, he does get up and walk around periodically, and was happy to follow the feed bucket to the stable block.
