We'd just rented offices on the 9th floor of Tricorn House in Edgbaston, and set about decorating them ourselves. Chris Wilesmith has the paint roller, while Peter French is looking for something. The room in the foreground became the authorisation centre, and the staff break room was behind the partition.

Nevsky Prospect - St. Petersburg514 viewsThis is where my wallet was stolen. This is one of the main streets in St. Petersburg, Russia. Marjorie and I were walking up the street (same direction as the girl with the yellow shoulder bag) on a sunny spring afternoon. A large man on a cell phone came out from behind the bus shelter (on the left in this photo) and blocked my path. Others crowded me from behind when I stopped suddenly, and my wallet was gone. The police didn't really care -- this is apparently typical in St. Petersburg.
