| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

The Broken Water Meter194 viewsWe had a leak at a pig trough. Pavel couldn't find a way to turn off the water to the trough, so turned off all of our water. When he tried to turn it back on, he broke off the valve next to our water meter. Severn Trent came along and painted a big blue arrow and gave us some bottles of water. The pile of blocks was to try to hold down the lid to the water meter/valve.

Walking Down Our Track218 viewsTaken from our track (and public footpath 578) looking south towards Colletts Green Road. Our double white gates are to the left (east) but not visible. Jack and Margaret's gate is to the right (west). The structure behind the telephone pole is the garage for the Cider Mill. This photo shows how their conifer hedge is overhanging the track.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4069 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
