| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Craig at Bab Al Shams Hotelvista 421 vecesOur hotel in the desert, where we spent the last two days of our stay. As I couldn't walk during the trip -- other than very short distances -- I spent a lot of time sitting. A chance for me to catch up on my Sue Grafton mysteries.

Stable Gate at Lucies Farmvista 357 vecesLooking from the latch end towards the motor. This motor, installed in early 2005 to replace an earlier motor, is mounted on a separate, metal gate post, and it opens and closes the gate (or at least it did, before it was broken by the windstorm) using the metal arm.

Overhanging Hedgesvista 217 vecesThis photograph was taken from the front of Sandpits Farm, looking towards the west along Colletts Green Road. The yellow vertical line indicates the property line (as best we can tell), so the hedges and trees are blocking the small verge.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshirevista 4069 vecesWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.28 de Mayo de 2012
