Sorting out the Tamworth Boarsšt. ogledov:992The pigs have been gathered in their grassless field. Time to seed it over so the grass will grow by the early autumn. The little boars have been released in this field, full of tall grass and the Black Rock chickens.

Piggie Greetingšt. ogledov:5590The Tamworth sow has just said good-bye to her first litter. She was a wonderful mother: lost none of her babies. But she seemed a bit relieved to see them go. And the Tamworth boar was happy to see her, although I don't know that he has it quite right.

In the Four Acre Fieldšt. ogledov:8582Three different types of pigs: in the foreground, the large black pig is a fairly elderly (but hugely fast) Iron Age - Gloucester Old Spot cross. The red pig is a pure Tamworth, and the piglet coming out of the ark is a Berkshire.

Iron Age - Gloucester Old Spotšt. ogledov:10798This round piggie is a cross between an Iron Age pig (itself a cross between a Tamworth and a wild boar) and a Gloucester Old Spot. She looks fat, and she's not young any more, but she can move faster than any of the pigs.
