Our Bathtub -- Burj al Arab Hotel5059 mol gekuckt ginnOur suite (all rooms at the Burj al Arab Hotel are suites) covered two floors, with a long curving staircase connecting the floors. We had a large shower and a big round bath tub, complete with a painting of Dubai.

Waiting to Go In The Submarine to Dinner729 mol gekuckt ginnIn the Burj al Arab, the seafood restaurant is supposedly below the sea. To get there, you take a "submarine" that's more like a Disneyland ride. I'm in the holding area, waiting for our "submarine" to arrive. The restaurant has a huge fish tank, so it's like eating (I guess) underwater.

Dar Al Masyaf - Night Time863 mol gekuckt ginnThis is the view from our "boat stop" on the canal system at the Dar Al Masyaf villas. To get to dinner we waited for a boat to pick us up. The ride to the souk only took a few minutes. Now that's civilised!
