Burj al Arab Hotelšt. ogledov:2160The Burj al Arab Hotel -- Tower of the Arabs -- rises above the Madinat Jumeirah. We spent our first night in Dubai at the Burj al Arab, and then spent three nights in a villa suite in Dar Al Masyaf, part of the Madinat Jumeirah. (I found this part confusing, too.)

Camel Parade Number 1št. ogledov:8842A bit like the Cow Parade that we saw in New York City. The Dar Al Masyaf had many camels throughout the gardens, all painted with a different theme. This camel has a Dubai theme.

Burj al Arab Hotelšt. ogledov:324With the Madinat Jumeirah "souk" to the right. This isn't a souk like the traditional souks in Istanbul and Aman, but isn't a shopping centre either. It's quite spectacular.
