We became stranded at about 4:30 PM on Friday, and the vehicle was finally recovered (after dozens of telephone calls) on Tuesday afternoon --- despite the fact it was in a dangerous location. We then had all sorts of problems with MMA, the insurance company that we pay for rescue/recovery services.
