Colletts Green Road - Damages254 odsłonI took these photos for the Worcestershire County Council. There are numerous patches in the road in front of our home, and they are just getting worse. I know they have finite resources -- but it would be nice if they would do some more patching if they can't do a complete re-surfacing.

Magnolia With Flying Insect216 odsłonI love magnolias. The only problem is that these huge flowers seem to fall apart: in doing so they avoid being cut from the tree and put in a vase. Wonderful big petals, and a great smell that, at least in this case, attracted a small flying insect of some sort.

Koala in tree442 odsłonKoala in tree on Linear Park, not a usual sighting in our neck of the woods, Jan 2005. He was alone and I only saw him about 4 times, have not seen him for about 6 weeks now.
