Marks and Spencer Cherwell Valleyvu 295 foisThis M&S employee pushed this large cart right in front of us while we were waiting to purchase our cola and sushi. No apologies: it was like we weren't even there. When we asked her if she'd even noticed us, she was rude and officious. At M&S, clearly the wire baskets take priority over the customers. Marjorie and the Coffee Cupvu 212 foisThe latte machine at the Little Chef at the Cherwell Valley motorway stop was broken, so Marjorie fetched a latte from the cafe stand. She almost needed a wheelbarrow to get it to the table.

Marjorie in Aostavu 264 foisWe went up into the Vale of Aosta on our way back to Malpensa Airport in Milan. Marjorie saw some cute pyjamas in this store window, so I took her picture window-shopping. (The store was, of course, closed for three hours for lunch.)
