Entrance to a Badger Sett -- Lord's Woodvu 748 foisThere's the equivalent of an apartment building for badgers at the top of one of the ridges at Lord's Wood. Using my telephoto lens, I took a photograph of one of the dozens of entrances.

Some of the Trees Cut Down in Lord's Woodvu 736 foisAll of the trees are cut down in accordance with our Woodland Grant Scheme, and under the supervision of our forestry consultant. It's surprising how much more light this has brought into the woodland. I understand that this will help the flora on the forest floor to thrive.
