Coastline in Newcastle1575 x angesehenVery pretty coastline in Newcastle in NSW
silversword.jpg
Nana, Baba, and the Silversword1574 x angesehenThe only thing I know about this photograph of Nana and Baba is that it was taken at the top of Haleakala on Maui: that's the only place where silversword grows. There are other pictures in the same series featuring people I don't know. All seem to have the same logo on their caps. I tried zooming in on it, but couldn't make out what it was. Circa 1947 or so.

Spice-swimming3.jpg
Here Comes Spice1570 x angesehenSpice, a Golden Retriever, loves to swim, so coaxing her into the pool was easy --- just toss in her ball. Spice's owner, and our veterinary surgeon (Richard Chamings), is the gentleman standing and watching. I think he thought he'd manage to stay dry.
tapa-at-rest.jpg
Tapa Having A Saturday Morning Rest1569 x angesehenTapa and Kiko both love the couch --- sleeping on it, walking on it, licking it. Here's Tapa having a bit of a Saturday morning lie in, with his head comfortably on the pillow. Note that mine is not.

Burj al Arab Cocktail Lounge1564 x angesehenWe sat on a bit of a raised platform, and we could see Dubai itself through the windows from our perch.
Kiko-in-Chair-2.jpg
Kiko in Chair -- Eyes Open1559 x angesehenI took a picture of Kiko asleep in his chair and the flash woke him up. Poor boy. Other than opening his eyes, for a moment, he didn't move a muscle.

Ross of Bien Esk with Ian Crouch1559 x angesehenRoss is being put through his paces. Ian had no difficulty in walking Ross with two lead ropes: one attached to his head collar, and one to Ross' nose ring.
