In Bed at 140 Dowsett Avenuevu 2081 foisMe (on the left), Shauna (the baby), and Nana. My guess is late 1955. This isn't the best photograph -- no faces showing. I've included it anyway because I thought the bedside table is interesting. I love the old dial telephone, the 1950's shoji lamps. But my favourite thing is the bottle of lager and cigarettes. I never remember my grandmother drinking --- but larger! How images can be shattered through the magnification power of Adobe Photoshop.

We decorated the offices on the 9th floor with the tacky Christmas tinsel, and took this picture of exhausted authorisers (in fact, pretty much everybody) on Christmas Eve 1987.

Our Seats in the Royal Opera House, Covent Gardenvu 2012 foisThe 2008 BAFTA Film Awards. Our seats were in the last row of the highest balcony. We could barely see the stage. As I walk, slowly, with a stick I was worried that I was miles from the nearest lift (or even exit) should there be any sort of a problem.
