Front of Whitecroft, Minus the Lawn - Spring 1991418 viewsAll of the topsoil and turf are piled on the left. These were removed, and the new turf planted directly on the clay --- whereupon it drowned. This work was specified and overseen by Corscadden Associates, a firm of landscape architects who should have known better. Their PI insurance paid for the re-do.

A temporary diversion418 viewsStopped for an ice cream between halls at Photokina 2008. Hoping for a quiet moment but the tannoy describing each bird and what was happening was VERY LOUD!!

Overhanging Hedge418 viewsLooking to the north-west. This photograph was taken on our track (the gravel area). Our boundary is the post and rail fence which is barely visible in the midst of our neighbours' hedge. This hedge is the eastern boundary of the small garden behind The Cider Mill (21 Colletts Green Road). The hedge and trees are apparently overhanging our property. Just beyond the hedge (but not visible in this photograph) is the entry to Jack and Margaret's house.
