Scary Photo -- Really Scary799 kez bakıldıI hadn't shaved in a while, so had a big white beard --- but my moustache stayed black and swarthy. I decided to keep the Tom Sellick look, but (fortunately) Marjorie was having none of it. My swarthy moustache was gone a minute later. I'm surprised how much I look like my father --- even down to his droopy eyelids and uneven eyes. Poor Shauna has the same problem. Strabismus in the genes!

Michaelmas Daisies - Whitecroft Garden798 kez bakıldıI'd never even heard of a Michaelmas Daisy until I spotted a road sign in Malvern one day pointing to the National Michaelmas Daisy Collection. We actually paid a visit and discovered that these daisies bloom in the autumn. And, to our surprise, we have Michaelmas daisies in our garden. Here are some just outside our front lounge, blooming in October.

J. Causs� Mirror - Candlestick Centrepiece798 kez bakıldıWe purchased this in Buenos Aires, Argentina about ten years ago for the New York apartment. As we've sold the NYC apartment, this young lady doesn't really fit into Whitecroft -- so we've put her on eBay. Marjorie and I had fun taking this photograph: how do you get the mirror to look reflective, but not reflect the camera, ceiling, lights, etc.
