Pastry at Betty's in Harrogate241 زيارةWe went to Harrogate primarily to go to Betty's. After breakfast, we bought some goodies --- "road food" --- for our trip to have fish and chips in Whitby. The young man thought the pastries looked like a face.

Kiko in the Garden231 زيارةMay 1, 2007 -- Kiko's 12th Birthday. He'd had surgery about a month earlier to remove part of his lung: biopsies, x-rays, and CAT scans had been inconclusive. Unfortunately he had lung cancer. He was fine up until his birthday. He wanted to spend most of the day outside -- fortunately it was warm and sunny. He came in at 7:00 PM, and then died, with Marjorie and me with him, at 11:00 PM. On the couch, his favourite place.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4289 زيارةWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor.
